The final map of trees assessed following the 2009 ice storm in western Kentucky in City Park (Madisonville) with two pages of the tree listing that are keyed to the map.

Maps and listings are keyed by map number and trees are physically marked as removals (usually orange paint), and pruning (usually blue paint).
