Modified Williamsburg Data Dictionary (#2)

This is a modification of the Williamsburg data dictionary with the intent of disassociating the arborists' risk assessment from the evaluation of a tree for FEMA debris standards. FEMA standards are represented by six (6) attributes in this dictionary.

This Trimble data dictionary has two features created for risk assessment. The first for street trees (RiskStreet) and the second for park or campus trees (RiskCampus).

The biggest change from the New Kent training (i.e. Williamsburg dictionary) is the disassociation of the ‘assessment’ attribute from the ‘disaster (debris) assessment’.

In this version of the dictionary the arborist uses six attributes to describe the extent of damage to the tree. The actual selection of FEMA debris status (i.e. prune or remove) is determined when the six attributes are evaluated in the office.
